I agree with grim about it being to short, but I like the animation the simpleness makes a funney cartoon somtimes. So maybe like make a flash telling why Bob is angry, but the randomness was kindof funney so thats why I gave you a 5 out of 1.

It wasn't bad at all. Lengthen it a bit and maybe improve your animations, and you can have yourself a decent project there.
