Hmmm
I like the fact that your trying to be current but this is just doesn't quite work. The dialog isn't bad but the "animation" is unforgiving. Now I'm a big fan of quick cheap animation (my work for example) but you have to draw a line somewhere. "pun intended"
Nevermind the fact that I made this in one half hour, and it was purely a spur of the moment.
Were this a serious endeavour, I would have sooner killed myself than posted here on Newgrounds.

Most accurate title I've ever seen
Every joke in this flash has been old since the primaries. Aside from the lackluster graphics and lame sequence where the guy doesn't move and there's dramatic music, you have failed as an author. Yeah, I realize since it's inauguration day you wanted to do something Obama-related, but come on. I couldn't laugh at this if I was in an atmosphere of pure nitrous oxide.
... And apparently, your sense of humor died during those same primaries!
Lame? My intentions were achieved!
You both acknowledge and ignore the fact that this movie was indeed a "Waste Of Your Time". Any discomfort you experienced due to this short piece was entirely your fault and yours alone. Try as you may to appear intelligent through a knowledge of gaseous elements, you still fall short by your inability to comprehend the wit.
