Finally Lilg and I are back again with the long awaited sequel to Griswold the Goblin. It's been a long journey for us, with many setbacks, sidetracks and almost a year of development.

In this first chapter of this new on going saga called "Islands of Fire" you must help Griswold find the Goblin City. You will have to collect many items, solve puzzles, play several mini games and even navigate a labyrinth to help Griswold in this new epic adventure.

Lot's of thanks must go to all the people who tested the game and to Tom Fulp for all the help he's given us!

Intresting

I do agree with some that it was simple to finish. I hope that other chapters are coming and have a bit more difficulty, along with puzzling mini-games. Besides that, I say the game was well built and had some deep thinking into making it run well. Only reason I didn't give a 10 was b/c it was indeed short.
I want to know what happens next in Goblin City. Please, tell me there's more than 3 chapters to this game. Needs more: items to pick up and it does something, look at or touch to activate something, pick up things you may not need to throw the gamers off/confuse them....just to add a few hinters.
This game really reminds me of that PC game called "Larry" you know which game I'm talking about right? NEways, keep doing GREAT work to make you satisfied, screw what others say as long as you enjoy it!!! =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =)

I'm not sure that Lilg and I will have the time to make more than 2 more games at the most. Hopefully we'll combine the 3 chapters together some day into one big adventure game with a few extra features. The sequel in Goblin city should offer many more puzzles that will be more challenging and the game will be much longer overall. Thanks for the review

Thank you. We really hope we can make even further improvements in the sequels now that we've received so much constructive feedback from people

zomgzomg

I had a feeling the game was a bit shorter than ur prev games. The 9.7 mb doesn't make much sense unless you left all sounds as mp3's rather than wavs.

10's everywhere nuf sed.

Theres tonnes of audio in the game... All the voice tracks, about 7 different songs, the intro movie with the 3d imported .mov file bumps up the file a lot. I thought i did pretty well with compression lol. Aside from that thanks for the review :D

Nice

Good one man! Takes me back to playing the King's Quest series. Good graphics, voice acting, story and controls.

what the?

it was not fun. it's boring.. the game is so obvious.. even 5yrs old baby can finish your game by clicking anything..

it's a mindless game..

Phantasmagor responds:

Even if you found it easy I don't think a score of 1 is fair. Please consider the other factors in the game besides only the difficulty. Graphics, gameplay etc I mean the intro movie alone deserves a score greater than 1...
