First of, thanx for viewing!
after trying hard at making a complex pong engine i finally gt a nearly glitchless system, however i placed it in a pong game just to get shown my 2hours+ of hard work making a engine didint work! I spent another 2 hours or so trying to fix it, and finaly got it. Although it does sometimes glitch (apologys) it works quite well, and rarly really messes up the game experiance.
If it does that anoying glitch where it just goes through a wall, resets and at the same angle gos through it again multiple times, simply press the button at the top to reset it at another random angle.

new update brought forward a problem with help menu, its HOPEFULLY been fixed
I mean its just a pong with flashy buttons and backrounds in a not very artistic way.
If it would be in a certain style i would have given higher score.
i'm allmost blind now, thanks for that, good thing i can type without watching.
Making something like this is good for practice, but not so very suitable to put on the internet. But, if you keep going you might actually sometime make something proper...

You did a good job on the engine, But as you mentioned about the gameplay glitches. It does get annoying as you predict your audience would get. It was a nice idea to come up with a unstuck button or "freese button", but you would make the majority of NG comment on the Glitches...alot. Atleast you mentioned it before hand.
All in all, the music was great, some with the instructions, but if you could work out the glitches. You'll get better votes, and happier audiences. I can tell it can be fustrating, so good luck! Hope things turn out well next time.
that's it. Every time the ball is paddled by the AI, the glitch you mentioned happens. After I press the button, I paddle the ball, and it immediately changes course, flying by at a position impossible to hit. This means that after pressing the button five times, I automatically lose all of my lives and the game (I didn't mess around with the # of lives). The only star I give you here is for the fact that this is not Tetris. (Nothing against tetris fans, I just hate it personally)
Make the movement faster I could play this sleeping
this game is really glitchy. try redoing it then resubmitting
The idea of a new pong generation is good, but you need to work more on it!

background and music less than horrible, and a 30 years old game. I guessed this site was named newgrounds...
It doesnt really work, it bugs all the time and is just pong, the most basic of games
the ball would glitch around, it was way too slow, and the freeze movement button made losing impossible.remake with no glitches and a new twist and it could be good.
But sorry,it is buggy as hell .
the spot sometimes moves very random,bounces at invisible barriers and atone point it was respawned about 20 times.
It was nice,but it has to be more fixed,the bugs are heavy.
Great to bring back the first video game ever. Though Could use a little work. A lot of times the ball became stuck going in one direction, and when it hit the top wall it would often reset. Fix those glitches and you'll bring justice to pong. 5/10

Great good, but too lame for other remakes. There are some bugs, and i recommend to fix it:
1) Ball became stuck going in one direction, and when it hit the top wall it reset.
2) Speed of the sticks is very small.
3) Kill this stupid button named "Freeze Movement". Please.

PS First video game ever is Spacewar (1961). And first FPS ever is "Hovertank 3D", not "Wolfenstein 3D" (Simply for the information :) ).

The fact the ball can disappear and reappear in another direction make this unrealistic. Add speed the longer it goes, it's stuck at a snail pace forever. get rid of the freeze button, and speed up the game for a better version.
