Could definitely use some work, try adding more functionality.

"View" Newgrounds, Type up a Memo, look at a almost authentic error screen, get a few laughs. All with this fairly well built windows spoof.
If this submission goes over well with the NG crowd i will make a sequel.

Maybe you should learn more ActionScript.
The Noter was okay, but you could have added more, such as maybe a game of Solitaire that doesn't work, or SOMETHING, but all you have is a lame screenshot of Newgrounds and an advertisement for your website that links to an error screen. You need to apply more effort.

Honestly I was a little disappointed. It was short, poorly coded, had too simple graphics and overall just didn't look like there was effort in it. Take some time to learn more Actionscript and work diligently on the graphics. Make it look nice, and make it work.
However, I do like how you snuck that ad in there. Sneaky sneaky.

I dont understand. The only thing I see is that it rhymes with the word 'windows' and really really sucks... and has bad graphics and no functionality. Hm. i wonder what this is for ...?
Far too short
Many, many items should have been added to this. There was a lot of potential, but it wasn't taken far enough. Like, you could have made a calculator that always gave the wrong answer, or whenever you clicked the equals sign, you got the blue screen. If you do make a sequel, make sure to expand on it.
