if NG was not supposed to have this, why on earth would there be a collection for tutorials? sure as hell not because it doesn't belong here.
There also happens to be a hentai section as well(but im sure you know that)
there is a reason there is a new posts section, so people can vote to weed out the unnecessary flashes, seeing as this made it through, either this is great, or you didn't do your job right.

you should make a instructional blog or a book or something. no one comes to NG hoping to learn how to use flash/draw pokemon/fap to hentai cept noobs. so many people don't get this.

it was an okay tutorial. i think you need to work on your manners though, as the way you present yourself with your opening comments WILL affect the way we see your work. It seems as though you're trying to be annoying (for example, you chose to make it difficult to click on the arrow, etc.)
