Hmmmm Not bad. Not bad at all.
Good:
Drawn artwork (Personally I like it when people use there own art instead of just ripping sprites)
Decent animation
Bad:
Animation needs a bit more practice
Kinda weird
Can't understand some parts

I like Kirby but....AAAHHHH!!! Man im giving you a six but thats because I like kirby, it needs major work you could've atleast added color or somthing to make it better, it just....wasn't that good ok?

I LOVE Kirby So This Really Appealed To Me .. Kirby In New York ? I See... Umm.. The Animation Not Soo Great And REALLY Needs Color .. Other Then That A Great Little Flash =3 Try To Draw More Neatly And Add Color In Your Next Flash =]

Nice job.
Very good! I like how you added a Kirby style to it. It could use some color and some detail to earn a higher score. Keep making flashes. This was funny.

pretty good
I don't watch monk. well actually, i do sometimes, but I can't remember what the intro is like, and therefore, I can't say how close your are to it. But I could definitely see monk in some of those situations, but of course, without the kirby twist.
Despite my first glance, I kind of came to appreciate your drawing. Seemed to have a consistent style. I can tell you spent some time on these scenes. Nice work!
Watch out for copyright infringement though on that song. You don't really have anything to worry about, but later on, if your work gets more exposure, it will become an issue. You should at least cite Randy Newman.
