"I Fell in Love With The Majesty of Colors" is a pixel-horror game that puts the player behind the tentacles of a titanic, writhing sea creature. It's a tale of love, loss, and balloons with five different endings. Will you befriend the humans or fight them? The choice is up to you.

Hold down the mouse button to reach toward the cursor. Release the mouse button to let go of what you're holding. You can click to skip the text in the opening and closing cutscenes.

This game was inspired by H.P. Lovecraft and Daniel Benmergui's "I Wish I Were the Moon." For my blog and podcast, check out http://ludusnovus.net .

Newgrounds denizen Wormie made fan art for the game, which you can see at http://dangertable.devian tart.com/art/The-Majesty-

Beautiful and moving

The diction of this was marvelous, and I am extremely impressed. This game strikes a chord within me... as perhaps the most moving flash I've ever encountered.

10 of 10 and 5 of 5.

Please, if possible, make more like this?

Great Game

This game is great. The simplicity and the poetry of the whole thing make it fun to play, and the many alternate endings make it worth playing multiple times.

For those of you stuck on Ending C, here's what you do:

Look at balloons;
Look at jet-skier, let him live;
Give fishermen the fish;
Plane will fly across saying you're good;
Drown the child:
Plane will fly across saying you're evil;
Kill yourself with the bombs, not the torpedoes.

Enjoy ending C.

Wow.

Artful, simplistic, and beautiful.

This is probably my favorite game that I've played here since Aether. I hope you make more games in this vein. The idea of exploring the moral implications of becoming a giant tentacle monster was a great one.
