Awesome!

This really touches on a personal level, with my girlfriend of two years currently being a few states away with her family on vacation.

I really wish you wouldn't end this series.

It left me wanting more...

This was not a bad episode by any means. The music was excellent (I'm still quite obsessed with the song, actually, along with the version of Greensleeves at the beginning). However, it isn't without it's faults. I know it's because of symbolism, but there's no logical reason Nabi tore up the plane ticket. At that point in the movie I was expecting him to go to Paradise, find Doki, and return home. Instead he tore up the ticket, not knowing of Doki even left yet. The ending seemed pretty unrealistic (seeing is how we're left to assume there is still discrimination against interspecies relationships), but I couldn't have seen it ending any other way. Bottom line: This series, like Wall-E, proves you don't need dialogue to touch the hearts of others.
