This one is for all you who have game maker 7.0 for all
your windows executable games. i have concocted this
small yet effective tutorial. Yes i was once a GM noob
and i took me literally hours attempting these complex
codes to make an object follow a mouse. STOP where you
are now, if you are using the Move_towards_code.... this
code works much better!
and by the way, this is my first flash using a new
program, Liveswif... still trying to grasp some of the
small details of this program... it is very much like
flash, but very different all in one pack.

you dont even have to have buttons because i clicked on the screen and it let me go to next page and its only 2 pages long maybe you can make the filesize bigger and make a v2 of it

Interesting idea, poor execution.
Although your intentions may be well, I don't feel that it's entirely useful to post as a flash movie itself. It might serve well included in a larger tutorial, because anyone else could have probably Googled this. Also, it would be a nice addition to make it look more attractive. A white background isn't exactly ideal.
Those stuff are really easy. When you're making tutorials, do not make something that most people know (even noobs). And this tutorial is soooo simple.
And I'd rather drawing the mouse cursor sprite in a controller object. It's better than creating a new one to be a cursor.
You have a good idea but instead of trying to write a tutorial on GM try working on your flash action coding skillz xP
