Well It has been a month or two now I think? I got my internet disconnected for a month so I managed to get it done. My First actual lip-sync movie so throw me as much reviews as you can.
Story behind this crazy thing:
One day in guitar class I asked the teacher If I could make an animation for the school's Christmas assembly he said it's cool with him as long as it's appropriate. I managed to write a script for it and after 6 hours of recording we managed to put the audio together. The Animation took me about a month and could have never finished it with the awesome backgrounds Matthew Auld and Tom O'Neil gave me. So yeah.

By the way I did make the Newgrounds Intro in this one. since Newgrounds only gives it to movies they sponsor I had to make my own. So STFU

the artwork and characters were nice but sort of an unoriginal idea (the whole group of friends living a jolly life)

deadly animation work, specially the drawing. the only kinda iffy thing was the voice actin. otherwise it was great.

Had some problems
Besides a number of technical glitches, the audio levels on this movie were all over the place. I had to change the volume 3 times. There's not a whole lot of story and it's disjointed. The characters don't make a lot of sense, either. Why is the guy a wannabe? What makes Matt a techno geek? Why would the idiot character have a time machine? It's not enough to tell me these things fit into your story. You have to show me, too.
Your reading sounds pretty wooden, too. I know voice work is tough, but all these characters seem to have 2 emotional modes: annoyed or hesitant.
To answer your concern, the lip-synching was passable. Not great, but I only noticed 1 major instance in which the characters mouth kept moving and no sound was coming out.
I would guess that a lot of the issues I see are things you might see too in someone else's work. I know how quickly flaws melt into the background after you've been staring at the same project for weeks. Good call soliciting feedback here, but you'd do even better showing it to your friends or family members first. You have a much wider audience here with a much greater chance for feedback; the opportunity is diminished when people here are faced with problems that you could have identified quickly just by getting some honest feedback from the people you see in real life.

Good style but could do with some work
You're really good at the graphics and animation but the script was lacking. It wasn't funny and really made me roll my eyes. Also that intro is waaaay to long. I almost closed the window halfway through that intro
Next time I am probably going to cut the intro in half.
