Not that good
While I did like how at the end he said this would be the unfunniest joke you ever heard, you should stick to the Final Fantasy flashes. I hope a new one comes out soon! Thanks for giving that link to your YouTube profile, though. I didn't even know you had one.

Hey, you're back! :D
Even though that probably WAS one of the stupidest jokes I've heard, I still lol'd to this. However, I thought this movie could have been a bit longer, though.
You know, I've seen your animations before, and I thought they were funny (especially this one); but when I watched THIS movie, I thought it looked like you improved on its animation (not that I'm saying your old movies suck or anything; I really enjoyed them).
Nicely done! :)

Good
You worked good for the lip sync animation but forgot the jaw movements and other facial movements, and since it's a stand up comedy those are much needed.
But anyway at least you did put it together quite good and that's what counts.
Try working more with the overall animation movements and graphics. The voice is good and the joke was good too. Hope you keep improving and keep it up!
