i have two say this might be my best flash game on this site realy for all thes reasons
-great art work
- alot of dragable clothing and costumes
- awsome megaman x4 music
- cool newgrounds preloader
-some cameos

I'm picking 4.5 because you need to make new updates like take away his nose or put better like that

out of all the dess up games on newgrounds this is by fa on of the most best
theres only two things i think it needs:
more cameos(zero luigi etc. etc.)
and a mute button
but other than that really good game!!!!! :D so yea
good
it has a few bugs to fix but other than that its good
