work on your amimation your art desin and make it longer
The idea is good, but needs some more polish...
Two things that I think would improve this flash:
1. The punchline might be better if you cut out some of the unnecessary pause moments in the animation.
2. The voice acting is important for delivering the punchline, and it was not done well for this piece imho, making the voice louder/clearer/more easily understood would easily boost this flash by another half point.

The transformed link was pretty funny looking, good job on that part haha.
