ummmmm
3D animation is hard, but you did a pretty good job. Although the flailing body didn't look natural, you had some good expressions and lip sync.

i loved it , that was just way too awesome, i thought at the beggining it would be lame or just some guy killing cops but NO actually that was amusing AND educative
i'm gonna show that to my kids so they watch both sides when they cross the street

Nice Rigging!
Very smooth animation. I almost thought you were using motion capture there in the beginning. My one criticism is that the textures could have been more detailed and you could have use some particle strands to make the hair but, those things aside this was pretty solid.
