This is the second episode of my flash series called Super Biased Man. Watching the first one isn't really necessary/advised because it wasn't animated very well and there were sound problems. Both of which I have done a lot better this time.
In this episode Super Biased Man explains their mission to Pedantic Man and then they go out to find out who's been hitting the city of Crapholé's banks.
It's about 3 minutes long, enjoy!

better than the first for sure but the plot could use a little more substance, even if it is i realize the absurd super biased man vocal quality good but could improve

It was funny enough, but you still need to work on the animation, I loved the scene with the bank manajor.

its better than the other one and you can notice you spent a lot of work on this....one problem if you were going for a main plot you kinda blew it.....but it's crazy lack of a real plot made it somewhat funny.....if you keep at it im sure it will be better :)

You tried. what you need to do is refine your audio, and the people who are doing your voices, the animation was rough and i really didn't know where you were going with your story. But it looks like you spent time on it, keep trying and i am sure you;ll get it.
Yes the audio is a problem, because I get it from loads of different people. I used too low a frame rate and the lines erratic in the frame by frame bits so I'll work on that. The story isn't really relevant, it's just gives things a general direction really. Thanks. :D
