"A great recreation, but controls were not..."

Some of you may not know, but I'm a huge fan of Doom. I've played mainly every Doom port in existence and now I've played this one. I have to say, this one isn't bad. Let me explain.
About previous ports I've played of Doom; they're either too slow, look terrible, or they're fast and they look good, but something is missing from the original. I say this port is that last option I said. I can actually compare the quality of this port to the Atari Jaguar version of Doom, which feature little music but actually was the best version out of the console ports besides the PSX, PS2, and Xbox 360 versions. Oh! Did I say Doom? There's also two Doom mods on this package: Heretic and Hexen, made by Raven software. I'm not too big of a fan of these two mods, but nonetheless they were good.
My biggest gripe about this game was the controls. Sure, moving and shooting was okay, but my greatest concern was with turning. Out of all the parts of this game that really turned me off, turning was terrible. I would of loved it if you actually had it were you could turn by using the arrow keys instead, but pressing and holding the left button on the mouse to turn is a terrible choice. Also, I would suggest that you choose the E key in order to use and activate objects. But hey, that's my choice.
Overall, besides the horrendous controls, the game was pretty good and was a perfect throwback to the good old days of Doom. My opinion though, is if you have the money, I would either suggest getting Doom on the PC or Xbox 360. That way, you can enjoy the full experience without having to use a flash game that complicates your enjoyment. Again, not a bad game, but could use some work.
