Indeed you can make flash games, but this one does lack some things.

Meh.
The preloader doesn't work properly, the music is loud and annoying and the graphics are repetitive. There's only two types of enemies to attack, there's no way to actually lose. I don't like anything about this game.
at least i can make some sort of a game.
