Meteor Blast is a retro-style laser shooting game with a unique chaining system, 3D meteors and awesome particle effects. Things start of simple but get very hard when all 6 colours are in play! Can you beat all 6 stages?

This game is very CPU-intensive, if you get lag click the 'Q' at the top to switch to speed mode (low quality). Don't forget that you can pause (and return to the menu) at any time by pressing P.

Small fact - The idea for this game came to me in a dream (yes, I dream about coding) and I made the basis of the engine when I woke up that morning. Hope you enjoy it.

Update - Thanks a lot for the front page and daily 4th!

I found this game to be decent. I did like how it was pretty easy to understand. I'm not even interesting in knowing what the clicking does. The sound effects were nice enough. There's a pretty fair amount of activity. The music comes off as particularly ambitious.

It's really not that special, so I wouldn't recommend it. There still isn't much to complain about. You have to be patient with this. Just clicking A and S over and over doesn't work. I should have expected that.

good but not hard enough

gets boring quickly, 6 colours isnt hard just takes good hand eye coordination
increase stages and make the rocks fall faster
pretty easy to keep up with 6 colours at the current speed

ChromeShark responds:

Thanks for reviewing, the sequel will get much harder.
