Just a contribution to the society...
This is a tutorial that'll teach you how to optimize your flash movie and keep the file size down and make it available for anyone to watch. Some of the most important stuff in optimizing your Flash movie.

Comments and reviews are welcome.

**UPDATE 23.4.2002**
I'm too lazy to update the tutorial itself, so I'll just write it here:
I found some mistakes in my tutorial regarding the sound streaming and some other stuff...
Sound Stream:
If you have short sound files that you want to use MORE THAN ONCE, DON'T stream them, because every time you stream a sound, it is added to a one big file which holds all the streamed sounds. So if you add your little sound everytime to the stream, it'll be as if you added several different sounds and the file size will boost.

Some other corrections and more info about how to reduce your file size can be foud here:

"not bad"

But there are more ways to optimize your flash than just 4-5 types.

good but

well i am sorry to say this but as a n00b and haveing expiremented I found that for sound voice and 22khz is alot better then the 16bit mp3 setting and it has a ratio of only about 2.5 times higher file size. Then again I am useing it for a music video and not a full length movie were I use my own voice.
