Not too shabby there!
Good:
Artwork gave it that Early 2000's look to it if you know what I mean.
Bad:
Kinda boring
Overused sound efects.

ok, but lack some qualities
although this flash is ok, its not that scary or funny, and its too short... but its nice seeing the reaction on the guy's face.. nice work though.. try to do better than that next time...

Not bad!
Seriously, this is good for a first flash! The character artwork is good, the animation is decent, the only suggestion I have is to make the scenery a little less plain.
