Hmm...

while this is pales in comparison to some of the other windows parodies it is not as bad as most people make out.
If you make another one I would advise to do these things...
1:Add more applications
2:Better graphics
3:Next time make it a parody of windows xp/vista, as while I apreciate the 95/98 parodies many will not understand or they will be expecting a more up to date parody.
4: take your time when thinking of the jokes or (if you just cant create really good jokes) get a friend or someone on the intenet to make them, ask in the forums and they should be glad to help.
5: add multiple songs to listen to
Overall you seem to have a lot of potential to create a great newgrounds game, this just isn't that game.
