READ FIRST!!:
so im trying summit crazy trying to copy paint and make my own version in flash which... is kinda hard... this is just a test and i wana see how people react to it and etc etc and if its seen as good enough ill make a version with full windows paint graphics and toolbars and features just taking ages to get all the actionscript figured out for stuff like dragging objects and stuff

problems:
u can write on toolbar read more below
the preloader has a little gap i dunno

UPADTE:
changed frame rate to compesate for some lag

whats new:
preloader
effects
sorted out some shitty glitches

YOUR HELP NEEDED!!!
ahhh i cant stop drawing on the toolbar this is major fuck up i kno
does ny1 kno the AS i can use ive already tried a hit test with the mouses poistion
does ny1 kno about specific target locations and what not
cud really use help thnx....
nd dont suggest adding it to forum i already tried no1 seems 2 kno

i thought the preloader was pretty damn awesome :)

it looks ok, and works fairly well..
but..
i have to agree with the person beneath me, although it DOESNT deserve a low score, it IS pretty much useless...

BUT nobody was supposed to take it serious in the first place, like alot of the games here (some undoubtedly more shitty and pointless), it was meant only to entertain a user even if only for a minute...

keep doin ya thang! 5/5 9/10 for your efforts :)

I mean, yeah, you've done some effort. But why not invest into something less "useless"? Why would I want to go on Newgrounds, look up your flash, wait for it to load, then paint something up while I could just open Windows' Paint or Photoshop?

It's true that for yourself while trying things it's usefull... Effects work only with one color (except the #2 (not sure) who has many color) it could be nice to be able to change color...

All in all, you are in the good way... or at least way high over me... lol not hard I know

i think you are well on your way...
i thought the concept was interesting...perhaps have a choice of music? that song was irritating...perhaps some premade shapes to add to what you can do with your picture...keep it up! i played the first one too and i see improvement! i hope you find the help you need
