Hello everyone!

Asylum 3 is finally done. I had a lot of problems with it.
But it's here, and it's probably the last part of the Asylum serie.

Well, i put very much effort into it, and i hope you enjoy it! =D

EDIT: Thanks everyone for the Daily Feature and frontpage!

If you are having trouble to understand what's going on, i suggest
you to watch Asylum 1 and Asylum 2.
Asylum 3 first shows a compilation from the first 2 episodes.
The main animation starts where the flashback begins. =)

pretty good, except:

graphics: the backgrounds were pretty well done. Sticks being sticks lacked detail and looked 2 dimensional even with the light effect. The muzzle flash seriously lacked detail and the random glow things (were they meant to be bullets?) didn't look like anything in particular.
action: somewhat slow, pretty damned unrealistic (yes, stick can also move realistically) and sometimes the different perspectives didn't agree with each other. The actions were especially delayed and the build-up didn't match the climax (was there a climax?).
music: The beginning was quite good but Lateralus didn't really fit in with the movie, maybe Rob Zombie would fit better.
Other: the flashback was fairly well-done, except for the still-shots (what with the fades?). After he gets shot you can't really see any wounds which makes it look weird. Oh, and there was practically no recoil shown when he was shooting the pistol in a retarded way.

All in all, a pretty decent stick movie, a little more realism and sync with music would make it almost perfect.

I found that really stupid and i really dont wana say it... maybe cos i havnt watched the others but this was really crap the ending really didnt make much sense when he shot the dude with the shotgun i mean wouldnt you blow the guy in half from that distance -_- anyway the graphics was good so i give you a 4...

It was cool, yeah.

Animations are cool, lot of work on that, i guess.

But still...
Let me put it that way:

Your rating:

Music: 8 (Extremelly heavy, perfect for the situation)

Animation: 4 (It was cool, long, but it is still stickman... you lose expressiviness and realism on this kind of animation) (And they were too god damn tall)

Story: 2 (Sorry dude, it was terrible. Just doesn't make sense. I quitted when the guy is surrounded by the swat team and he kinda draws a eagle, or whatever, and, damn, reload it, and, shit, kill at least 4 of 'em before getting shot. I mean, WTH! ITS SWAT! IF THEY SURROUND YOU, THEY KILL YOU IF YOU EVEN TRY TO PICK YOUR NOSE. OUTSTANDING)

(8 + 4 + 2) / 3 = less than 4.5

A slight improvement, but this movie was still too dark, and the character were had to recognise. Plus it was sooo unreal. Who can survived so many shots from a shotgun? Please make it more realistic. It is so bad to even watch.
