The age of Feudalism continues! Once again you start a long journey as a weak chieftain with the goal of becoming the most powerful warrior and ruler of the whole world.
The world is bigger now, there're 6 different nations,12 heroes, lots of weapons, armor and much more ways to vanquish enemies. Recruit soldiers, buy and upgrade equipment, conquer cities and challendge great heroes to make yourself the king of kings!
Tips and tricks:
- Recruit more troops and let them fight. Try to fill both first and second lines with soldiers and keep some guys in reserve.
- Complete quests. In the begining of the game completing quests is the easiest way to get some money and experience.
- Don't be a hero. In the very begining main hero is very weak: he can die even from a single hit, so you'd better hide behind your army's back and attack from a distance until you get level 5-7.
- Attack weak villages first. The level of settlement's protection is displayed at the top left corner of town screen. The more stars are white - the better protection. Try to capture villages with 2 or 3 stars in the begining.
- Refine your weapons at forge. Even small bouns (+3 or +4) gives high damage boost at the begining.
- Learn at least one special move for weapon you ussually use - they are much more effective than normal attacks.
- Don't forget to buy more potions to heal yourself in battle (potions' hotkeys are Z znd X)

Good but...
Nothing didnt really change and all just that you have to fight the champion and you can customize your character. It isnt really a difference between the number 1.
The only complaint i have to say is that it's really hard to conquer Nagoya or Izumo.I died so many times just because of that overpowered skill name Guillotine blade. I just have to pray that they dont use it on me but they always end up on using it. I either put my armor or remove it to reduce the damage.
Overal: I had really fun playing this game so i reccomend it playing it

I think we have a winrar!
Seriously, front page material here... but it is true there are some bugs and drawbacks. The biggest problem I had was friendly troops would make it impossible to move sometimes. The fact that you can only attack from 2 sides is really a downfall for the player. The game as a whole is excellent, but i f I were you I would Go back and find a way to allow a unit to attack another from a differentpoint on the Y axis. I am gonna give it a 8 instead of 10 because of this drawback. Other improvements from the first were really great however.
So yeah... Go back, fix the bugs and make it so a unit can attack from all 4 squares surrounding a target and submit it as Feudalism II version 2

So many bugs
Isnt much different than the previous game, just some extra on the same, unchanged thing. There is more in-game information (good!), and gameplay did not chance at all. No evolution.
Good thing with sell all button. Usefull.
Most equipment should be left out of the loot when we win, and trransform it straight into cash.. have to scrolll through 50 or so useless items is boring. Maybe make something that check if the equipement looted is weaker than yours, and it sells it automatically.
Many glitches.. like when i equip a rune my character goes crazy and wave around like a maniac with all weapons in the game insanely fast.
Infusing a rune doesnt show the new stats on the weapon. it just turn blue with some name on top.
The forge is buggy and unresponsive. Doesnt reset itself properly.
Clicking around the world map makes random weapon/squishy sounds.
Crosbow bolts rain around the battlefield without me ever allowing that order, my archers do that themselves for some reason.. i guess they do that when they cant shoot an ennemy directly.
No music.
skills caps at 5.. a tad low. We only see the description and formula.. but not the current skills modifier.. so we are left in the dark.
So far.. Massed archers works wonder against infantry and archers. Cavalry owns all.
Managed to finaly understand the difficulty of ennemy towns; the littles stars at top left corner indicate relative difficulty. Bring a full army of your best soldiers, expect to lose them all anyway.. but winnable if inferior... i guess.
Difficulty should rather be spotted by the picture of the town; a tent is a weak place, a town is decent, a castle is strong, a megapolis is god. Simpler and obvious.
Broken difficulty and unit progression.. a single advanced unit can completely and utterly massacre an army of lesser ones.
broken battle mechanic;
when i had invaded a town.. i went to check another of their own.. just to sniff around.. only to get into a auto-fight in a 6-7 star town. I get horribly decimated... and if i try to load form autosave, it send me right back in the same battle!!
We cannot retreat form battle.. we cannot refuse to go into battle. No diplomacy at all. "Declaing war" just provoke auto-combat with their towns.
Slow gameplay, as usual. Our hero is a normal unit with lotsa hp, and is VERY slow. World is stattic around us. We are the only thing moving and kicking.
No income from trade or taxes.. income is sold loot from piles of dead ennemies. I wonder how our empire can sustain itself with such an economy when it get larger..
Basicaly, im unimpressed. You could have done more if you went this far already.
Well, I could work on this game a year more, but is there anyone who could wait so long? I decided to publish old good Feudalism with some improvements now and leave some other improvements for F3. I've never promised a revolution, but now I see that a lot of people was expecing it...
Btw, it isn't bug with archers, they just use their Arrow Rain skill which shots 9 arrows at 3x3 area.
