This is the beginning of the Reincarnation series. It's a little bit shorter than the following games will be, but I really wanted to rush and release it for Halloween. So here ya go.
Leave me comments on how to improve the next chapter.
Thanks and Happy Halloween!
I wish there were more point and click adventures...
They dont make em like they used to.
Great job on this though.
That was great I can't wait for part 2.
story: interesting. a lot of potential for later on games... In future work with the backgrounds a bit more. Not being able to kill the dog directly for instance. You didn't say why.
point style: It was okey. Even though I found myself clicking around randomly sometimes. A bit more logical moves would be nice. And backgrounds to the reincarnies would be cool. Or maybe levels where you have to make them sin. Stuff like that...
moral: Well, killing people is never okey. Of course it's just a game. But, at least to me, it felt a bit wrong. Even though it was a "sinner".
Christians/responders to those: No one likes people who bitch around. It's your right to have your own opinion. But please don't rape that right!
You are not helping anyone, you are just making more people not like you. So keep it down in future please.
interesting incentive system
I have come across the point and click game style before, but this was an enjoyable diversion into incentives, and game dynamic.
I have to say, for a fellow attempting to redeem himself, the man was not doing well.
Good, but will be better
Game was lots of fun. As most of the improvements I would have recommended have already been brought to your attention, Assuming you take all that into account, it's quality can go no where but up. Only thing I might add is that the walkthrough is too easily accessible which makes the puzzles null since as soon as you have any difficulty, *click* problem solved. That's more of a personal thing I guess though. Regarding all the religious rants and raves. The game has nothing to do with religion or anything of that nature, it's taking a fun concept and applying it with well executed imagination. I doubt the author was making any attempt at a religious statement. So the zealots can relax, on both sides. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has them and couldn't get by without.
