I liked the second better because you can upgrade your rifle. This one is pretty great. It has you do more missions. It's pretty much Tactical Assassin 1.5, I guess the guy liked the first one so much that he decided to make a game like it but with updates. You have to do contracts to kill mob bosses and certain people who are important in the game. Some were pretty hard like the last one where you have to kill a certain amount of people within a fast amount of time. The last guy took me multiple tries to kill him. I like the knife minigame which is new but took me a while to get used to it. I'll definitely try out the other games this guy made to get used to seeing how far he has come in his development with the game program flash. I give this an 8 out of 10.

This could've been great, if it wasn't for that damn knife.

It's not bad, but the knife mechanic definitely overstays its welcome like another reviewer said. All in all, could be worse, but doesn't reach the heights of its predecessors.

Great, but it's got it's problems.
The good: Back to simplicity with simple and precise aim and shoot, crisp satisfying shooter puzzles. Excellent animation as well.
The bad: The plot is definitely clunkier than the other games. It works fine, but it's definitely not as clever, well connected, or reasonably contextual as the other games. I didn't hear any music, the knife gimmick feels outta place and overstays its welcome, and returning to the menu makes you lose all your progress. I'd say it's pros are the cons of #2, and vice versa.
