Hello, sirs. This is a really sweet compilation for some sick-ass effects I made. You can read the description, and try to understand the code, or just steal my work by downloading the .fla's available.
For those curious about the huge turret TD game I'm making:

It's still in production. I decided to make it epic, and teamed up with a graphics artist to make the game more appealing. It's coming along very nicely - slowly, but surely. I do not have an expected release date yet, and it won't be for awhile as well. In the mean time, make some awesome effects.
oh, this flash was approximately 3 hours of work (including making the effects, and descriptions, but excluding the menu)

Pretty freakin' sweet
Good game, or whatever it would be called. I personally love how you can download the effects. The only way that this could be better, is if it had a bit more effects. But whateverrrr.

good effects, but a crappy volcano :( maybe you should have replaced it with something else. anyway 9 for the rest, without the volcano or with a better one easily a 10

I liked the effects. They were pretty cool, but you should probably loop the music. So you really typed all that coding in 3 hours? I am doing something like that... but it has taken me 3 weeks lol.

and u should really have finished that mp3 player by now, but w/e.
The game's coming alone nicely btw. It's gonna look nice.

Well, I'm not sure if I'd be using these anytime soon. But I'd say its worth learning anyway.
