I doubt that I'm ever really going to get into flash making myself, but I like watching this! These are some really cool effects and it's so nice to talk about how they were even created in the first place. I like tutorials, even though I don't read them really, because you just never know when they'll come in handy. The music was pretty awesome as well. The information was presented in a very clear and understandable format as well. You obviously have a talent for this sort of thing.

This was great. A great way to practice my action script by looking at what you've done. I got the Ion beam and the DNA down myself and downloaded the matrix and fireworks. I hope you don't mind is i barrow (steal) the DNA thing and The Ion thing and give you credit and the original creater of these cuz you're right, the effects are sick-ass. Anyway i would love to see more from you and am looking forward to the game you mentioned.

The code could be explained a little more efficiently. I mean, why not use text boxes with scrollbars... with mouse wheel scrolling capability? You need such things when it comes to teaching efficiently, because we need to spend less time figuring out how to navigate and more time figuring out how the effects work.

Other than that, I like the effects, and I could see myself learning something from this, but I haven't actually read much of it, so I can't give an honest opinion of the code.
