This has been out for a long, long time. Years ago when my friends and I found soundboards we pranked so many people. We always had the best responses from this Dr. Phil soundboard. People know who Dr. Phil is and if you get some middle aged woman on the phone for some reason they always think Dr. Phil is actually calling them and they open up about everything. There is a response to every possible thing the person on the phone could say. Insults, question, remarks, rambling. This will always be my favorite soundboard. Don't know why it's only 3 stars.

Could be useful.

I don't really consider this a game, but the flow of speech from the phrases is lifelike, with virtually no static or rapid changes in tone and speech.
