...there will be some people-such as Shrums, SeanJoystick, The-DeadDuck, AivinEarthworm, and DaVeB0T-who hate sprite flash movies, regardless of the quality, so there's no use appeasing them.
One detail that could be improved is the types of sprites used. If a scene in the flash is in 8-bit, then use 8-bit sprites; things look odd when a 16-bit or 32-bit sprite appears in a mostly 8-bit scene.
