Its simply the flash prototype that Super Meat Boy was based off of.
SMB, will play very differently and is 100% new.. what im saying is if you even slightly enjoy the prototype, you will LOVE SMB!

THIS HAS THE WORST JUMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HECTIC fun. I haven't seen a better flash game in years. This is that good. So, to express my love for this game, here's a overly large review about what I think about this game.
The platforming is precise, and you move a lot which adds a lot of difficulty without making it feel unfair. The "Impossible Bandages" are a great mix, as they had immense difficulty to levels that seem fairly easy. Nothing in the game made you feel like a death was the programmers fault. Most things you see what they do BEFORE you have to avoid them, making it no one's fault but yours.
And don't even get me started on the music. It takes directly from SMB, which really makes the game feel like a demo.
And the level design? I have nothing but positive thoughts! Clever level design, and each world (worlds usually contain 10-12 levels) feels different from the last, making each world a memorable experience. No world feels like it was exactly like another, which is common for modern platform games.
This is one of if not the best flash games I've ever played. If you haven't played it yet, you really have to play it to believe it. "Meat Boy" gets a 10/10. I highly encourage anyone reading this to buy SMB. It's available on steam for 14.99. It might sound like a lot, but trust me- It will be worth the money.
I really like how the music stayed the same for Super Meat Boy. This is a great demo.
best game ive ever play!
Frustrating and addictive at the same time. The controls are a bit awkward, but that's just because I'm not used to a keyboard. I'm glad this was expanded into a retail game, "Super Meat Boy" is awesome.
The cartoon world of Edd Gould.
The series features the author, Rocky Pinnicle, fighting Kermit the Frog.
Possibly long-lost relatives of Shotgun Man, these trenchcoat-clad teams have much better things to do than shoot their classmates.
