Good platformer, but extremely frustrating!
The interface was great, including "Secrets" and "Map Creation" was great replayability features. The only problem I had with the whole layout, was the fact that an advertisement is on the same spot as the "Go Back" button. Since the Newgrounds Ad is in the same place as the button, I accidentally hit the ad and the NG homepage would open up which became annoying.
I really loved the artwork in this game including the little splatter effects Meat Boy leaves when he jumps on something. The backgrounds were also pleasant to look at and in general everything look great. The music would probably be one of my favorite things about this game, so props to dannyBstyle. The sounds fit the game nicely, but the weird noise you hear when you start up the game just sounds horrible.
The gameplay was fun (the wall jump ability is always a plus), but this is also where the game frustrated me a lot. Controlling Meat Boy was waaaaay too slippery and it would sometimes be a matter of luck to land on a block that is sandwiched between two hazards. Some of the levels took advantage of the controls and made it even harder to get through all of the obstacles. Getting some of the band-aids were outrageous and almost impossible to accomplish and it's mostly because of how sensitive Meat Boy was.
Basically, a fun platformer with a few features for extra replayability, but very slippery touchy controls which will promise death.

a good platformer...
pretty good. the only thing that annoys me is the stage builder, if your stage is really tall you can only edit whats in the screen, i couldnt find a way to scroll up and edit.

Good but...
a few levels have it where a matter of pixels and milliseconds is the diffrence
between passing and failing. The point isnt to piss off the player with near insane challenges. Other than a few levels with that, it is good.
