If you checked out my news collumn you would already know that part 4 is being broken up into two parts because of the frame limit (If anyone knows that trick to get around it please feel free to share)
I had a choice either cut it into two parts or cut a great chunk of it out.
part 4A is a bit short but 4B makes up for it.

"Slight improvement from the last."
The sound effects are not as unsynched with this one than the last one, but they're still not fully synched. The fight scene was nice, and the story is very good. Your main problems are spelling, grammer, sound effect synching, and matching the voice acting with the text. 4/5

"Meh - acceptable"
I've seen a lot worse when it comes to Sonic Flashes. My main complaints are; the layers and placement (some of it just look off) and the complete contrast of styles. Alvin can get away with it because he made custom sprites to somehow link all the style together, this is lacking in this flash.
Don't take it the wrong way, I do think you have potential. It'll be nice to see you grow and develop.
