Some more things please
No humor. -2. Barely heard the voice -3. It looked funny. +2. Dancing guy was good. +1. Could use more. It's good otherwise.

At first I was like
Oh FUCK YEAH ROBOT TEA PARTY! But then I saw the rating.
But then I said "Eh, I'm sure it'll be good!".
But then I watched it.
And it wasn't.
animation: 3
voice acting: -1
length: -2
dancing robot: 3
tea party: 4
...now... if you could just make a dancing tea party...
Dancing tea party.....?

well
I didn't quite get the humor -3, the animation was a bit too short-2, and the animation was a tad choppy -2. but you did spend what seems to be a good bit of time animationg it so ill tack on another 2 points. 5/10, little more effort into dialogue can go a long way.
