Jack "defuses" the bombs by simply touching them. As soon as he has touched the first, he triggers a sequence in which another bomb's fuse lights up, and so on. A player can score a bonus in each round by touching 20 or more bombs in the correct lit-fuse sequence.
Currently Includes 10 levels and rotates thereafter.

an excellent remake of a Retro classic. I'm an NES buff and it brings back memories of great times. Thank's for making it PC friendly! The graphics and the audio are just like the traditional one. The controls are spot-on. Keep on makin' the killer retro games. You do a kick-ass job!...........vp

The only high ratings are because of the style of the game, not the gameplay. I used all my lives on the first lvl. The guy you play jumps way too high and too fast. With 4 flying enemies and 1-2 skeletons..it was near impossible to win without losing at least one life.
If you've played BombJack before you'll know that you can actually stop mid jump by hitting spacebar again o_0 then tap spacebar while falling to "glide". probably should add instructions maybe for those who arent of my gaming era ^_^
