I can see why this content might be under review. Its certainly not on par with some of the other flash here, even flash of this type.
However, the content is clearly marked as adult, so it isn't offensive without warning. I don't know what site the loop might have been taken from, and until someone provides a link or name, I have to give benefit of the doubt.
Honestly, this reminds me of strip quiz 42. Its in mature -> adult games toward the middle of the collection. The entire game was clicking whatever option was the number 42 and recieving pictures of a girl eating a popsicle while removing a bikini. I'm not saying its good, I just don't see how its much worse than what we already have in featured in a collection.
This content took a few minutes if they used a premade loop, or it could have been a few hours if the loop is specially made. They probably don't care if someone posts a negative review, and if they even bother to respond, they could easily say that their critics were disappointed there was no gay porn for those who clicked "yes."
Constructive criticism: You may want to add in an extra scene asking if the person looking at the content is male or female. If a lesbian answered yes to being both female and gay, they should be able to enjoy catgirl boobs as well as any not gay male.
