So close to great!
There where plenty of flaws like the main guy passing the door and his image stayed, but flaws aside it was really good.

All in all, pretty good
I thought the animation and effects were very well done. I think the action could have been a little bit quicker, as I feel madness is a popular series because of its fast pace violence. Although slow, it was entertaining and quite lengthly. Good job

Even despite the small errors. This was win.
The plot is an excellent play on Ragtime. While the animation progressively became better, it was win to start with. The combination of a different style of effects (such as blood and lighting effects, the detailed backgrounds, and the noir atmosphere, really made this a fine piece of animation. This deserves a prize.
Also, Hatman lives? WTF
