Hello this is my Madness Day 08 submission
I threw this together in a week, it is a preview for a full length flash that I may or may not make, this is made with new animation, it isn't just stuff from the large on I'm working on.
It is less than a minute long, its only a preview, but please vote fairly and enjoy it :D
NOTE: I have submitted this once, but had to pull it off because of syncronization issues, think its fixed.
ALSO: If syncronization issues occur, try running it in lower quality.
I wil respond to every single review, if i don't, PM me about it because I apparently am blind or something.
Update 10/27/09
Added some additional weapon spawning animations, more of a test for me, but I will probably use similar parts in the real thing, replacing the part where Jesus takes the Auditor's drink. Assuming I ever finish this thing.

Pretty good
It was really good, fluent and quite interesting. a few things to fix, new music, you need to add more actiony music for something like madness, it helps to use more hypertensive music such as faint by linkin park or try something like areodynamic by daft punk. 2:try making a bit more blood and make it so that kills arent so easy to make (remember how badly hank got beaten up in madness reddemer and constertation? try doing something like that). 3: make a good main menu screen. 4: make it so that its not only those people at the base and maybe some innocents and maybe police and stuff. thats it...

Although I appreciate your opinion, there is no way I am puting in that mainstream bullshit music like Linkin Park, and espcially not Daft Punk.

Your points about the animations I agree with, I am very new to flash, and this Madness stuff is all i know how to do, so I agree it has bad bloods and stuff, and the menu, well for one, i threw that together Sunday night before Madness Day, and I am very bad at creating my own objects so the buttons and stuff were very poorly made, the transitions were just brightness tweens with the vcam. The button sounds were what I found on my computer from a madness sound pack I found.
Originally I had planned on just making an interactive menu with alot of actionscripty things like biographies for weapons I will use, and them being used in action and so forth, but I remembered how I don't remember my actionscript training therefore that was out of the picture.
The plotline of this preview, and the plotline for the real one, if I start it, let alone make it, will be to fill in the gap from when Jesus was raking leaves in Madness 6, to him jumping off the roof all pissed off at the end of Madness 7. If I added police in it wouldn't have followed the plot of the story. As for innocents, I was going to add Hotdog Vendor man in there since he is a kind of cameo and i was going to try to explain why Jesus didn't kill him in Madness 8.
Also note, the definition of restitution is also a hint towards what the plotline of my movie is, as well as what Krinkel's designed Jesus' goal to be, to restore normality.
Also look up Inundation if you don't know what that means either.

Nice.
The animation is quite good, some little choppy parts but i'm sure you will have it fine when you are finished the real thing. And by the way, that song sounds like Alestorm, is it? By any chance?

I might check it out.
It seemed like an alright idea, the animation was pretty good at times, however, this was very stiff. The characters weren't animated enough, their bodies didn't lean in intense gunfire, and some of the animation was a bit choppy. I would work on adding more of a definition of kick back to the characters when firing guns. And work on those reactions. Overall, it was alright, I might check it out when it's released, I just hope that you take time with this and make it a full length movie.
Yeah I agree, I didn't put alot of detail into it. I was very wasteful and greedy. I will try alot harder next year.
