Happy Madness Day 2008!
"Q" toggles quality.
:( Sad panda...
I loved the other madness games soo much, but this one is like poop compared to the other ones.
look.. this is one of the best brutal action games on newgrounds, however the controls suck... it was better in madness acceleration.
got kind boring pretty quickly for me but the animation was good so 5/10
The game is OK
But you can't change your weapon, and sometimes it's hard to aim. But I voted 5 by the way.
It's a shame.
This really doesn't do justice to the series. The characters were WAY too easy to beat (You shoot them, they drop their gun, and then run at you while you have unlimited ammo? Come on, guys...), especially considering the lack of bad guys. In the Madness Series, Hank takes on four or five at a time with backup always on its way. What happened here? The most I saw were four unarmed guys who were too busy dancing to attack you until you mowed them down easily. Even the clown was easy to beat once you got the timing down. And then you don't even face Jebus? That's bullshit.
The controls were bad, too. They were FAR too simplistic, even though you failed to let us know that the arrow keys move you around. That falls under the category of 'need to know info'. There was only one gun available in the game, and not even a close quarters attack. That, on top of the fact that aiming up was a bitch. I don't want to spend six bullets to get to a 45 degree angle. Mouse aiming would've been wonderful, but whatever.
To be fair, the animation was great, but we've come to expect that from you guys. This game could've been epic, but in the end, it was typical, generic, and far from memorable.
