Pretty good.
I think the flash is sweet and the action is awsome but take your time! I was watching and saw how many things you can do in the future!

Lots to improve on
The animation was blocky
The Gekko was... well, horribly drawn
Even the sword looked weird (Like it was yanked from the top)
I didn't even first know how his head was (upside down? Normally? The Fore-head plate made it look weird).

Interesting
It was interesting and very unusual when I removed his head by clicking and dragging it and he still fought without his head. Was that done intentionally or what?.
Oh and did you use de_dust as a background?
