Our first serious flash movie; if you couldn't tell by watching, we fully intend to animate the ENTIRE game I assure you that, if this becomes popular with Chrono fans you all will be involved in deciding certain elements of the plot (I.e. Have Magus join/ Frog Vs. Magus). We hope you enjoyed episode 1! 2 is on the way with, better animation, stronger models, clearer sound, battle sequences, and more. Thanks for watching! Constructive criticism is appreciated! Please recommend it for the CT collection!!!

Sorry, No voices... ever. Every person has their own idea of what each character sounds like in their head, we absolutely refuse to give the characters voices. You'll find that we will do this similarly to the way the Legend of Zelda series handled the jump to 3D. If we gave everyone voices, it would awkward for Chrono not to talk, (HE WILL NEVER TALK) also that would just ruin the game for some people. It's also very, very hard to find good female voice actors. For all of these reasons and more: No voices(!) please don't tell me that that's what it needs.

Good :) looks promising!
I'll give you a straight 10.. all just because it was handdrawn! and it definently stood out from those same old sprite flashes. Really looked good, you should check my hand-drawn chrono submission, im sure you'll like it. Only thing I recommend you should of added in your flash is some action, at least one small fight. Besides! the battles themselves was the other half of chrono trigger :)
The next one has 3 fights, not to worry!

not bad!
it wasn't bad, just not what I expected. I will def be looking for more of the series though. Maybe next time make it a little longer? still though, not bad at all
The next one goes up to the first boss, so there's more action, it's longer, and the animation is better.

Before you get too many positive reviews and grow
The animation is rather poorly done. I would prefer sprites over those doodles.
I'm not only talking about the character animation but many little things that imply lack of effort ex. indulgent reuse of balloon animation.
Lack of speech takes away a lot. Get some voice actors.
Is this going to be a retelling of the game or will you try to be original and (probably) mess up the enjoyable plot that CT has?
Typically, I would blam this but I actually want you to continue. With quality raised a lot. I'm probably hoping for too much though.
It gets a positive score because it is CT. No other reason.
I am personally tired of trollers, who prowl around newgrounds and give legitimate submissions deconstruction criticism when they themselves have contributed nothing to the site whatsoever. Show me some of your work, and then I'll consider respecting your opinion.

Thanks, I tried to steer clear of the Akira Toriama art style, in my opinion, it was the only thing wrong with chrono trigger.
