i like it, just lack of animation when ball goes in, and no speed-up ability =(

So I'm super addicted to this game, absolutely love it... but I'm stuck on level 19. SO confused right now? Is it because my brain is full from trying to squeeze this game in between tasks at work? Can someone please clue me in on the secret here?
