I live in Arizona
I know that some of these are true like the one about the cacti and the glass of water but wtf is up with the donkey and camels? I can tell you make some of these up. (How would you know what kind of weapon to carry with you in case of an assault?) I'll give you five for effort and the 50% of these things that are true.

This is STUPID!
Not the flash, these "laws"! Obviously they threw out the "drugs are illegal" law(s) when they made them! Not much in the way of entertainment in the traditional sense, but the context is fascinating.

It IS pretty ridiculous!
Okay, I give this a 3 for a few reasons. It's effortlessly made, it's short, and it's boring (nothing but text). However this could make a good flash if you maybe animate situations involving the laws.
I heard, that somewhere, it's illegal to whistle underwater. Not to mention impossible but oh well.
Good theme idea, but bad presentation. Sorry.
