I've seen your flash before and this, sadly is not one of the best. You could have had the text box come up with how to make this sort of thing, literally a text based version of an actionscript tutorial, that would have taken up a few more pages :P
I think that you needed some sort of sound for this, perhaps either a backing track selection or the dodgy Windows Live Messenger tone. That would have really pissed me off!

Visuals: nothing spectacular, just a box and a couple of buttons, the text was funny at times, needed some animation
Audio: anything is better than nothing
Overall: simple concept, can't really be improved upon

Overused is the word that describe this flash the best.
No animation (although i don't see how to add animation in this kind of flash), no audio either. Just a plain window with some text, not always funny.
I'm sorry, but i didn't like this flash at all.

The layout is pretty nice, also the colors you chose are good. The text is easy to read and the overall look and feel is nice.
The theme of the flash itself is overdone, though. At least most of your messages are quite funny.
The "ending" is a bit disappointing, though. We are left with an empty box. :( :P
