Impossible?! I...I...

Recoil killed this game second different guns would be nice and it was too repitive

Good start...

A good idea, but:
The game lacks features: add a recoil -limiting bonus. maybe some kinda crouching action... but still: nice!

Okay... Where to start...

I would like to make it clear that I did enjoy the game for the first few levels. However, several things got to me:

Maybe my computer sucks, but this game was SLOW. Only a 3 meg game, but I swear I thought Shorty was trying out for the Matrix 4 when there were more that three guys on the screen. Any more than that, the frame rate died and everything went freakishly fast. This one is probably more my problem, not the game's.

Least favorite enemy: Runners
These guys weren't so bad. Low damage, and really close at the end and easy to hit. However, they ALWAYS got a shot at you. This was because they took no damage at all until they came to a complete stop on the floor. Seeing a bullet pass clear across one guy's face was just freakishly irritating. Did you think we couldn't manage it, so it should be impossible to have programmed in?

The upgrade system was okay, but I swear, get two defense upgrades and you could sell that semi-transparent red dress to a defense contractor as the new Kevlar. Shorty's health was freaking absurd. The laser and clip size were fine, but at least include an upgrade to limit recoil, even if it costs more than the others or something, BUT PUT IT IN!

The only redeeming qualities were the fact that the early levels were fun before everything got repetitive, and the first few shots were rather satisfying. That and fan-service. Vinnie is a very lucky man.

Frankly though, if you want a Sift Heads side view game, go for Sift Heads 3 or Sift Renegade, not this one.

Good, but...

I find the game has a few problems. First, it branches off from the games in the main part of the series. You're losing the first person sniping that made the series what it is. Secondly, lately you've put out games that have little to no storyline, which really does need fixing. Finally, the recoil is kind of rediculous. I'd say have her automatically bring the gun back to the height she fired it at to fix it.

The game itself was a good one, however. It was quite enjoyable. Good cusomization and nice skill upgrade system. Playing as Shorty is an interesting twist. Definately put up a sequel with more weapons and a good storyline.

I give you a 4 out of 5. good music, good graphics, interesting gameplay and system, but not quite worthy of the series just yet.
