Not a bad quiz, except for a couple minor errors, and I don't mean spelling:
Jill's 7th question is debatable. The character who comes really close to falling in love with her is Carlos Oliveria. RE5 kind of cleared the air with the relationship between her and Chris (essentially a brother/sister relationship), though it could be argued that she was a love interest to him as well.
Claire's 5th Q is wrong. She was 19 during RE2. Both the Capcom and the lead fansite, Residentevilfan.com, confirm this.
Claire's Q 8 needs updating. As of the release of Resident Evil Degeneration, she is in 2 movies and 2 games.
Ashley's quiz is 100% correct.
Ada's Q 4 is wrong because of a typo. She went to Raccoon City to retrieve the G-Virus, not the T-Virus. Her Q 6 is a bit iffy too, since there could be 7 boss fights in RE 4. Being inescapable, the first El Gigante fight is generally considered a boss fight.
These are the only information errors I caught. In general the quiz was well put together, although the song at the beginning was annoying in my opinion. As for the pictures, well I didn't think they were particularly great, but there were a few in there, and good RE pics are difficult to come by.
