Wow, this was dumb literal. The flooded could have been based on a true event (at a smaller scale; and really probably just his farm animals), and put into a story with a lesson. I think jerk God is funny though, so I'll give a 3. And stop taking things out of the Bible that translate into weird phrasing in modern times, it's just old talk that doesn't prove any points.
The voice of God is perfect. But that makes sense. Because God is perfect.
