This is one of my favourite Radiohead songs, if not my favourite.
I saw your movie on the frontpage, which they decided to put after 2 years (they needed something in lieu of the crappy Michael Jasson's tribute) and, astonished by the animation, I took a look (the rhyme !) at your profile, only to discover you were the author of quite beautiful movies I happened to watch in the past. But All I Need caught my attention because I was secretly hoping for a music video based on Radiohead's eponym song. And I haven't been dissapointed !
You somehow (but not totally) grabbed the drift of the song. I especially like the experimental looking, the flashing-photographic baackground, it all matches with their album In Rainbows, while it's not their most experimental album by far, neither was your flash, that's why it suits so well.
Depicting love as popping up in one's head isn't a new concept, but you nailed it a way that was truly touching. The very truth lies there. That's how it happens most the time, an apparently unrelated event can lead to think about a lost love. You aimed to shock with the ending I think, this beaten woman whose head is suddenly occupied with this little "pop". Though we never know wether it's for her husband, it's a great picture.
I love your style, purified, without excess of ornaments. The faces ar beautiful as well, and the black&white, as paradoxal as it may sound, adds more texture to the characters. But my main complain is that you didn't finish the song. This is too bad, because so far, it looked really great.
