It was okay. The camera quality was low, but since I'm nice, and I understand the problem with rushing, I'll just lay off and not hold it against you. The cat drawing and blood animation was well done, but I don't think you should've checked your weapon so much. It'd have been better if it was shorter. . . or longer. . . It really depends on your point of view.

Anyways, I won't be a dick like a lot of the other reviewers and give you a low score just for that. This is pretty good.

"Boring"

This was incredibly boring. I'm personally against people posting real video (not animation) on Newgrounds, but this contained some animation as well. It takes an awful lot of time before he shoots the cat, which is very boring to wait for (although the animation of the cat getting shot was impressive).

I also agree with Haggard that you could cut out the part where you turn off your cam.

Overall, I think this is a joke. Two points for you.

Was meant to be a joke, until the kk actually died. ;_; If you think the flash itself (the animation, and the idea) I would like to see you make a flash before you try to criticize me.

This flash leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, the quality of the video is rather low (but on the other hand, the file size is small, which is a good thing).
Then, that guy checks his weapon for what seemed to be like hours and then he kills the drawn kitty with a single bullet.
Well, doesn't sound interesting, and it isn't in fact very interesting. You could have done much more, plot wise.

What bothered me the most was that we can see you turning the camera off. That means you didn't even take the time to edit the video properly to cut that out.

shitty kodak camera, I should of had my banana clip on it. I made this in a hurry, because the kk was gonna be blown off the big ass cheek of the internet .

"Not so good."

The animation was, well, really, there was no animation at all! The only REAL animation was the preloader, which I can't count you for. But there was that one cat in there, plus the blood and such, which was actually somewhat well drawn. Animation = 2

The idea was pretty random. Can't say that much about it. It's been used for many years, so I can't really give you any points on originality. Idea = 2

The execution was actually pretty good for a video camera, though. It was pretty well played out, and somewhat good quality. Execution = 2

You should probably work on all three of these. It can really help your animation in general. Which is always good.
